The surrounding neighborhood feels safe and welcoming. The hotel offers impressive amenities including a well-maintained pool, steam room, and sauna—all included in the stay. There’s also a spa available at an additional cost. Breakfast was plentiful and satisfying, with a variety of both hot and cold options. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay in central London with thoughtful service.

I was surprised to find this place to be immaculately clean, fresh and modern. It blew me away just how clean a chain hotel can be. The staff are caring and compassionate, they made the stay wonderful. The place has a modern vibe and has something for everyone. The room was superb, with more space than most in London. But the location is amazing, situated on the edge of the West End it boasts a whole array of shops, cafes, restaurants and fast food all within a few yards from the door. I recommend walking into the city on a Saturday morning and taking advantage of the space, sunlight and an opportunity to see the capital before the crowds descend. I will definitely be back.

We stayed in the double king room. The rooms were large and the shower was great! The AC worked great too and could open the windows to allow fresh air if you needed to. The Nespresso machine kept us all alive because we wore ourselves out everyday sightseeing. It was nice to come back to a comfortable bed. I will say the King size beds felt more like the US queen size but nevertheless they were great. The decor is modern and quirky. The location was convenient and safe as well. A quick block away from the Underground station that took us everywhere! We loved our stay and I would definitely rebook Should we find ourselves in London again.

There was a lovely birthday message in our room with a birthday card and beautifully presented birthday cupcakes. There were even some lovely balloons left in the room for us! The breakfast was delicious with a variety of food options. The location was perfect for our stay for my birthday celebrations. The spa facility was excellent and we were able to make full use of the facilities.

Beautifully decorated, modern very hip and trendy for my daughter’s birthday celebration. Thierry who checked us in was super helpful, friendly and welcoming and asked how our evening had been as he knew we were attending the theatre etc. loved the little touches, the welcome drinks, popcorn in the foyer and the balloons cake and card for my daughters birthday. Went above and beyond!
